The HR Assistant is an integral part of the company’s Operations team who will support consultants and partners across the office. The HR Lead will be a full-time role, responsible for fulfilling face to face requirements as well as escalated queries that cannot be resolved by the Regional Talent Manager. The role will report to the local Office Manager with a dotted line in to the Regional Talent Manager. The ideal candidate will bring excellent functional skills in recruitment, general administration and experience in interpreting local employment legislation and drafting internal policies.

The Operations Manager will handle a wide range of financial, administrative and executive support tasks autonomously, with little supervision. She/he must be well organized and enjoy the challenges of supporting people and projects.
She/he will have the following responsibilities:
Lead a team (currently 2 subcontractors, planned for expansion)
Provide financial and accounting management leadership
Provide Program support services
Provide office management facilities
